Professional growth can only take place if individuals are given the opportunity to express themselves and thrive in their development\u2014reaching their full potential with the necessary support, whenever and however it is needed.[\/vc_column_text][vc_tta_accordion][vc_tta_section title=”Inclusion and Learning Support Regulations” tab_id=”1739282640302-a2a406b5-d252″][vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner][vc_column_text css=””]Every university is required to provide specific services, including the use of technical and educational aids, the establishment of specialized tutoring services, and individualized arrangements for exam sessions. To this end, the CIELS Campus Directorate has appointed Prof. Claudia Caburlotto (inclusione.studenti@ciels.it<\/a>) as the Inclusion and Disability Coordinator for the Padua, Brescia, and Bologna campuses. She serves as a key point of reference for matters related to inclusion, disabilities, and learning difficulties. The coordinator, together with CIELS administrative staff and faculty, works to promote inclusive policies for the benefit of the entire university community.<\/p>\n

The coordinator is committed to organizing personalized meetings and exchanges with students and colleagues to encourage participation in university life and the right to education, fostering students\u2019 ability to manage these processes independently, while also raising faculty awareness of inclusive teaching practices. She is actively engaged in promoting initiatives to raise awareness and involve faculty members in inclusion-related issues, tailoring her approach as needed. Furthermore, she works on defining practical strategies to create welcoming environments where students can experience a strong sense of belonging and inclusion.<\/p>\n

The regulation outlines the activation and management of the alias career. The alias career consists of the assignment of a provisional, transitional, and non-consolidatable identity.<\/p>\n

Ciels Campus is committed to supporting the psychological well-being of its students, recognizing the importance of a mindful and balanced approach to both academic and personal life.
\nWith this in mind, the Campus offers a free psychological counseling service to students at the Padua, Brescia, and Bologna campuses. The aim is to promote both individual and collective well-being, while fostering a culture of care and attention to mental health within the university community.<\/p>\n

The psychological support service provides a safe and confidential space where every student can receive empathetic listening, emotional support, and practical guidance to address or prevent situations of discomfort or difficulty\u2014whether academic, personal, family-related, or relational. Accessibility and confidentiality are central to the service, which is available both in person and online, ensuring that all students can access support regardless of their campus location.<\/p>\n

\nStarting from October 2024, a collaboration has been established between the Plena Group and Serenis, a company founded in 2021 with the mission of revolutionizing the field of mental well-being. Its goal is to provide high-quality online psychotherapy, coaching, counseling, and psychiatry services at accessible prices, both for individuals and companies.<\/p>\n

All Ciels Campus faculty members, staff, and students can book a free first session and access a discounted rate, available on the Moodle portal reserved for faculty and students. Plena Education Group, of which Ciels Campus is a part, has signed an agreement with WeRoad, the leading Tour Operator in organizing group trips around the world. This collaboration opens the door to new travel opportunities for the community of the six schools within the Plena Group.<\/p>\n
