The curricula Business Communication, Finance and Tourism Management trains professionals capable of designing, managing, and growing companies operating in international markets, with a particular focus on services and activities related to tourism, supported by a solid foundation in business management and corporate finance.
The programme covers corporate strategy, organisation, planning and control, accounting for managerial decision-making, corporate finance, investment analysis, and the evaluation of economic and financial performance. It prepares students to read financial statements, set budgets, manage costs and revenues, and support business development and internationalisation processes.
Alongside the economic and managerial dimension, the course integrates corporate communication and marketing. Students learn how to build brand positioning and identity, develop integrated communication plans, use digital channels to engage with global stakeholders, and promote products, services, and projects also linked to the international mobility of people and organisations.
Case studies and project work address a variety of contexts—including industrial companies, service firms, export-oriented businesses, and organisations connected to business and leisure tourism—and allow students to apply market analysis tools, risk management techniques, and investment return evaluation in real European and non-European scenarios.
The application of analytic strategies, strategic and operational diagnosis is extended to various industrial and service sectors, and is consolidated by notable skills in the economic-managerial field. Students will be studying both European and non-European languages, the latters being nowadays increasingly in-demand thanks to the growing number of international commercial transactions.
The study plans, including laboratory activities, may be subject to updates, from year to year, in relation to the teaching autonomy provided for pursuant to Ministerial Decree 270/2004 and subsequent decrees.
The study plans presented here refer to first-year students in the 2025/2026 academic year.
